On Wednesday 12 February 2025, Ogier Global in Luxembourg, Ogier's corporate and fund services division, announced that it has integrated the digital platform Docify as part of its fund administration team's "commitment to leveraging technology to deliver exceptional service to clients".
A Luxembourg-based fintech, Docify streamlines document processes and enhances workflow efficiency. This update to Ogier Global’s operations in Luxembourg is believed to bring benefits such as enabling automation in document creation and management, allowing the team to focus on achieving client satisfaction.
Valere Twagirayezu, Head of Fund Administration in Luxembourg, commented: "By embracing digital tools like Docify we are able to increase the speed and accuracy of our services. We prioritise delivering high-quality corporate documents quickly and consistently. Docify is essential in achieving this. The result is a more efficient workflow that adds significant value for clients."
Docify founder Simon Joly, previously a lawyer, saw the potential bridge between document production with large financial and legal institutions. He found that “inefficiencies, manual data processing and document production" are often pain points for these industries, according to the firm.
