A month after being granted a license to provide professional depositary services from its Luxembourg office, Elian today announced the appointment of Kerstin Lindgren to its funds depositary team as Manager of Depositary Services.
Kerstin Lindgren's main focus at the Corporate Services, Fund Services, Private Wealth and Capital Services specialists company will be to develop the depositary services offering for alternative investment funds in Luxembourg. She has gained 15 years of experience in the investment fund industry, particularly with regards to depositary, global custody and stock lending services, in roles with Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken (SEB) in Stockholm and Luxembourg. She was previously head of custody services at SEB S.A., where she worked for more than twelve years before joining Elian.
Kerstin will be instrumental in managing the AIF depositary infrastructure of Elian, including the implementation of people, systems and procedure.

Elian's depositary core services include cash flow monitoring, the safekeeping of non-custody assets and oversight of the AIF to ensure it is managed in accordance with its principal documents. Fund managers can access Elian's depositary offering as a stand-alone service, or as a bolt on to other administration activity.
