On Thursday 13 March 2025, during a press conference, Luxembourg men's national football team head coach, Luc Holtz, announced the squad selection for the upcoming friendly matches against Sweden and Switzerland.
During the first international break of the year, the Red Lions will play two friendly matches. On Saturday 22 March 2025, Luxembourg will face Sweden at Stade de Luxembourg, followed by an away match against Switzerland on Wednesday 25 March 2025, in St Gallen.
Head coach Luc Holtz announced the squad of 24 players for the upcoming two matches:

Two players in the squad have received their first call-ups to the national team: sixteen-year-olds Enzo Duarte and Brian Madjo. "They are two great talents, according to the feedback I received from our youth scouting department. I am thinking about the team's development, and in this regard, integrating very young players does not worry me. Refreshing the squad while helping them progress is a positive step," said Luc Holtz.
