Luxembourg for Finance (LFF) has announced that it is hosting a livestream session entitled "Focus on 2022" on Wednesday 15 December 2021, from 10:30 to 12:00.

It is the final act of 2021. A year which has seen sustainable finance become ever more entrenched in global financial services, markets characterised by pandemic-driven swings and inflation rise to the highest levels in over a decade in many regions.

As this year draws to a close, LFF is looking towards 2022 and what it might have in store for financial services.

During this digital event, Yves Mersch, Former Executive Board Member of the European Central Bank (ECB), will share his views on the economic recovery from COVID-19, digitalisation in financial services and the upcoming trends and challenges we could face.

This is followed by a panel discussion with experts from InvesTRe, Citibank Europe, BlackRock and BGL BNP Paribas, who will delve into what can be expected from 2022 for financial services and the overall economic environment.

Interactive polls and a Q&A session will offer the audience an opportunity to engage with these experts.
