The film, which is a lesbian romance story, is also selected to represent France at the 2021 Oscars in the Best Foreign Language Film category.

Filming in Luxembourg took place in mid-October 2018 for 20 days. Several Luxembourgish technicians were involved in the film, including find Céline Bodson (sound operator), Angelo Dos Santos (sound editor), Vitalijus Kiselius (electrician), Magdalena Labuz (costumes), Katja Reinert (head of make-up), Laurent Wallerang (chief machinist), as well as the actors Eugénie Anselin, Aude-Laurence Biver, Véronique Fauconnet, Denis Jousselin, Stéphane Robles, Gilles Soeder, Hervé Sogne and Jérôme Varanfrain.
