From 21 to 24 November 2015, neimënster will be holding the 5th edition of the Stories Without Borders ('Contes sans Frontières') Festival, an exciting hommage to the words of Rabbi Nachman of Breslov that "Stories are not made to lull the children, but awaken the parents".

True to this, the range of performances at the Abbaye de Neumünster have been selected to delight both young and old, with Luxembourgish storyteller Betsy Dentzer on Saturday 21 and Belgian Catherine Pierloz on 21 and 22; Austrian Susse Weisse with a performance in both German and Spanish on Sunday 22 and Briton Ben Haggerty on Monday 23 November to juggle with the imagination of the audience.

For the very first time, Argentinian Natalia Boffi will be presenting her creation 'La Maga Sin Fronteras', a project which combines a story in French and/or Spanish with songs in Spanish to allow the audience to explore the Rio de la Plata region. Tales and music will also meet during the aperitif and jazz evening on Sunday 23 November, where the Kadrasonic quartet will be joined by storytellers Suse Weisse and Catherine Pierloz.

The audience will be able to feast on a series of wacky, chilling, musical and villainous stories in Luxembourgish, French, Spanish, German and English for the 2015 edition of the Festival, engaging both children and adults in a practice as old as time.

Entrance costs €12 per performance at standard rate, €6 at reduced rate for under 26-year-olds and €1.50 with a Kulturpass. A pass for the whole festival costs €30. For more information and to purchase tickets, visit www.neimenster.lu or contact +352 26 20 52-444.
