Fuel across Luxembourg is now more expensive according to new petrol and diesel prices released by the Ministry of the Economy on Monday 31 January 2022.

Unleaded 98 octane petrol (E98) and diesel prices in effect from Tuesday 1 February 2022, quoted at €1.627 per litre and €1.475 per litre, respectively, are up 4.76% and 6.73%, compared to a month ago.

Mazout (home heating oil) also increased to €0.900 per litre (up 3.1 cents per litre), 13.78% increase in a month.

Unleaded 95 octane petrol (E95) is quoted at €1.527 per litre since Saturday 29 January 2022.

All fuel prices have reached their highest prices in Luxembourg since the records available from 2009.

Prices include VAT.
