On Wednesday 20 April 2016, a new eat-in and take-away establishment entitled 'Cocottes' opened its doors at 3a rue Beaumont in Luxembourg-Limpertsberg.
A spokesperson for Cocottes explained that the idea behind the new eatery was to offer ready-to-eat dishes composed of seasonal, organic, locally-sourced and fresh produce.
Sweet and savoury tarterie, salads, sandwiches, broths, noodle soups, desserts and freshly-squeezed juices all feature on the menu and are available to eat on the premises or take away if looking for a bite to eat in-between work.
Other features include produce from olive oil and sauces producer Ursini, a family of olive farmers from Abruzzo in Italy, which has been using fresh and good quality materials to home make each part of the process, from harvesting to packaging.
Cocottes hosts and hostesses will be handing out badges and flyers around the Limpertsberg, entitling recipients to a homemade delicacy of choice up until 22 April 2016.
