Hostellerie du Grünewald has announced it will open its second restaurant, Grünewald Chef's Table, on Thursday 7 September 2023, in Dommeldange.
Hostellerie du Grünewald’s new concept for this gourmet restaurant is the gastronomic counter – reported to be the first of its kind in the Grand Duchy. A total of eighteen guests will be able to gather around the counter and partake in a “culinary spectacle” alongside the chef and the team over the course of an evening.
The restaurant aims to combine a culinary experience with an intimate and friendly atmosphere.
A table that can accommodate up to eight people will also be available. This table is designed for private gatherings, special celebrations and business meetings.
The restaurant's interior design was carefully orchestrated by architect Lisa Rukavina from the NJOY office.
“Our goal is to transcend restaurant expectations by offering more than just a meal, but an unforgettable experience,” explained Aline Bourscheid and Clovis Degrave. "We have created a space where passion for gastronomy blends with personal interaction with our team. Each meal thus becomes a culinary performance in its own right, celebrating creativity and refinement."
Grünewald Chef's Table is located at 2 Rue des Hauts-Fourneaux in Dommeldange (L-1719). Reservations are already open via the restaurant’s website.
