On Thursday 20 November 2025, Luxembourg’s Ministry of Culture launched a public consultation ahead of the creation of a new digital work logbook for performing artists.
The aim of the digital logbook, launched on the Ministry for Digitalisation’s zesumme-vereinfachen.lu platform, is to simplify administrative procedures while meeting the specific needs of workers and stakeholders in the performing arts sector.
The initiative seeks to support the development of an accessible and intuitive digital logbook by gathering feedback directly from those concerned. The consultation is open to intermittent performing artists, event organisers, producers, managers and members of associations or federations.
An online questionnaire is available in four languages - French, English, German and Luxembourgish - and may be completed several times if a person participates in different capacities.
The initiative is intended for professionals working in the performing arts sector who wish to contribute to shaping a tool that reflects their practical needs and expectations to ensure this tool is accessible, user-friendly and meets the specific needs and requirements of the sector and its users.
The public consultation will remain open until Sunday 11 January 2026. To consult the questionnaire, see https://www.zesumme-vereinfachen.lu/en-GB/
