Luxembourg's Ministry of Finance has annoucned that, as a member of the African Development Bank (ADB), Luxembourg invited the delegates of the African Development Fund to the final meeting of the 14th reconstruction of the African Development Fund, being held from 27 to 29 November 2016.
AfDB President Akinwumi Adesina will chair the meeting. Finance Minister Pierre Gramegna will deliver the inaugural address to the delegates representing some 30 donor countries and a number of recipient countries.
