Women's Entrepreneurship Day is being celebrated in Luxembourg on 18 November at the newly renovated Spuerkeess building (19 avenue de la Liberté, Luxembourg city) to celebrate, motivate, and empower women entrepreneurs in Luxembourg.

Christine Hansen, Sleep Coach for Adults and founder of Sleep Like a Boss, is this year’s Luxembourg Ambassador for the Women’s Entrepreneurship Day; the event’s mission is to celebrate the unwavering positives that women entrepreneurs bring to the global economy, as well as to inspire and support future generations of women entrepreneurs.

The WED Ambassador and her Advisor Annica Törneryd, Intentional Leadership Coach and founder of ACT2exceed, will be launching a series of initiatives and campaigns in the realm of entrepreneurial development and support for women in business in Luxembourg.

The duo have brought together an impressive line-up of experienced entrepreneurs and speakers who will all be adding their unique value to creating an inspiring and enlightening conference. Attendees will also have the opportunity to make interesting connections during the networking cocktail following the talks and interviews. 10 especially invited local entrepreneurial women will be exhibiting their businesses during the cocktail.

“It’s an honour to be establishing such a powerful initiative here in Luxembourg. Shining the light on women entrepreneurs is vital for every society and their businesses to flourish and grow,” said Christine Hansen.

Supporting women in business worldwide and investing in their future helps to drive and promote economic vitality and security both locally and globally. Twenty-first century leadership skills, such as cooperation, communication, and sharing are more commonly associated with women.
