The Luxembourg European Association of Performing Arts (LEAPA) has announced the postponement of its annual summer potluck barbecue, initially scheduled for tomorrow, until Saturday 4 July 2020 at 17:00.
Mainly due to the predicted thunderstorms tomorrow afternoon, the LEAPA Committee has decided to postpone its planned summer potluck barbecue until next Saturday. The start time has also been brought forward to 17:00 to allow participants more time to chat and catch up before the grills get going.
As this outdoor event will be held at a private residence, it is limited to LEAPA members (including new members) only. To attend, let the organisers know on or before 2 July 2020 via email: info@leapa.eu.
Wine, beer and crémant will be provided, as well as water, although participants should bring their own food. Anyone planning on bringing a dish to share in addition to their meat / vegetables for the grill should also let the organisers know what they are bringing, so the committee can bring whatever may be missing.
