AVPro, a new association for professional development, has just been set up in Luxembourg.
This young association brings together professionals from various sectors and its self-proclaimed raison d'être is based on two observations: at the individual level, the perceived difficulty to assert one's skills in today's market; at the collective level, the recognition that many trades and professions remain subject to negative stereotyping.
AVPro's aim is to promote all jobs, regardless of education level, salary or social position. The association thus offers to accompany everyone from students and apprentices to professionals, residents and cross-border workers along their professional development route.
