Scottish country dance;
The Luxembourg Scottish Country Dance Club has announced that its weekly dancing evenings will re-start next Tuesday 24 September 2019 at the primary school in Rue Noppeney (250m behind Auchan) in Luxembourg-Kirchberg, with parking available on Rue Noppeney.
Dancing starts each Tuesday at 19:00 with simple dances for complete beginners and less experienced dancers, followed by a short break at 20:15 and then a session for more experienced dancers from 20:30 to 22:00.
There is no need to bring a partner, nor is any special equipment required. However, soft, non-marking footwear is recommended.
The club, which is supported by the Centre culturel des Institutions Européennes, is mixed-nationality, although the dances are taught through English. Everyone, regardless of age or experience, is welcome to try it out.
