The "Fédération luxembourgeoise de marche populaire" (FLMP) walking club, organised by the International Federation of Popular Sports (IVV), has announced that it is looking for new members.
Walking club members walk together every Sunday from 10:00 (6, 12 or 20 kilometres) and sometimes participate in "marches gourmandes" (gourmet walks), where they stop to eat and drink along the way. The club organises walks across the whole country. After each walk, members sit together, have a drink and socialise for a while.
The club currently has some 35 members and is seeking additional people of different nationalities, namely expats, to join.
