The Consulate General of Luxembourg in New York has announced three upcoming musical events in the Big Apple featuring artists from the Grand Duchy.
A Hallowe'en concert with the New York University Orchestra featuring Luxembourg cellist Caroline Mirkes will take place at the Frederick Loewe Theatre (35 West 4th Street, New York, NY 10012). The concert will be on Friday 27 October 2017 at 20:00 and admission is free. The deadline to register to attend is Tuesday 24 October at 12:00 by email: laurence.pierron@mae.etat.lu
The second musical event is Rini featuring Luxembourg bass player Achal Murthy. This will take place on Saturday 28 October at 20:00 at Rockwood Music Hall (stage 1) - 196 Allen Street (near E. Houston/Second Ave), NYC 10002. For more information see www.rockwoodmusichall.com
The third is Cabaret Français starring Adrienne Haan on Wednesday 1 November at 19:00 at the Triad Theatre at 158 West 72nd Street, New York, NY 10023.
