The 2nd edition of the Summer School Composition, the unique composition masterclass in Luxembourg, will close this Wednesday 14 September 2016 with a concert, during which the public is invited to discover eight new and varied pieces, created by young and talented composers during this residence at the Abbaye de Neumünster.
During the summer school, the young budding composers were placed under the tutelage of Marcel Reuter and the German composer Isabel Mundry. They also had the opportunity to meet Alexander Schubert, an iconic composer of the younger German generation.
The musicians will see their fruits of this Summer School being performed by Lucilin at the closing concert to be held on Wednesday at 20:00 in the Salle Robert Krieps - an appointment strongly recommended for all music lovers who want a glimpse of what is new in composition!
