On Thursday 14 March 2024, Arval Luxembourg, represented by Véronique Bourgois, General Director, announced it recently donated €2,000 to Sécurité Routière Luxembourg Asbl (Luxembourg Road Safety).
Arval Luxembourg, a major player in long-term vehicle rental and new mobility solutions in Luxembourg, regularly carries out satisfaction surveys with its customers and drivers. Arval noted that the quality of service is its main concern, which is why management wanted to optimise the response rate of this survey and thus committed to respondents to pay a lump sum to Sécurité Routière for each completed questionnaire.
Véronique Bourgois, General Director of Arval Luxembourg, said: “We are happy to support Sécurité Routière with whom we share the challenges of mobility and driver safety.”
Isabelle Medinger, Director of Sécurité Routière, thanked Arval for this donation, specifying that it will be used in the context of prevention and road education for young people and children.
