Muslim Association Donates Hot Meals to Stëmm vun der Strooss

On Sunday 5 June 2022, the Association Musulmane Ahmadiyya Luxembourg (AMAL) provided free hot meals to the less fortunate at the social restaurant of Stëmm vun der Strooss in Esch-sur-Alzette.

This marked the third time that AMAL and Stëmm vun der Strooss have worked together. The last time, on Halloween last year, AMAL and Stëmm vun der Strooss served 100 hot dishes to the disadvantaged. This time, they served 120 meals.

The menu consisted of lentil soup, chicken tikka masala served with rice and naan and tiramisu for dessert. Stëmm vun der Strooss provided free drinks and its volunteers served the meals to customers.

From now on, this will be a monthly event.

The creed of AMAL is "Love for all, hate for none" and service to humanity is a priority act of worship which it puts into practice through "Humanity First Association".

Stëmm vun der Strooss expressed its gratitude for "the consistent generosity and support" offered by AMAL.
