The year 2017 is coming to an end, and like every year the Stëmm vun der Strooss organises its traditional Christmas Party, thanks to great support, as well as many volunteers.
Faithful support comes from the Allen & Overy law firm, which has donated for the fourth consecutive year to the annual party. 9 members of the law firm will welcome the guests during the party to be held on Tuesday 12 December 2017 at the Bonnevoie Cultural Centre. They will be part of the 90 volunteers who will come to lend a hand to the association.
In addition to the volunteers already mentioned, the pro bono committee and the Allen & Overy management have decided to donate €10,000 to the charity, to finance part of the meals and gifts that will be offered to 300 disadvantaged people.
The donation was presented on 27 November 2017 to André Theisen, Vice President, Alexandra Oxacelay, Director, and Arnaud Watelet, Administrative and Financial Director, by Caroline Hay, Magali Maillot, Véronique Braunert, Natacha Oskian and Maurice Macchi, Cabinet members in the Allen & Overy premises in Kirchberg.
