Intertrust Luxembourg celebrated 65 years this year and, to mark the occasion, €6,500 was donated to SOS Villages d'Enfants de Monde; a festive cocktail event was held on Saturday 28 September at Melusina in Luxemourg-Clausen with the theme Celebrating Talent.
As representatives of SOS Villages d'Enfants de Monde, Sophie Glesener, the director, and Anne Schweizer, the Partnerships Manager, were invited to the cheque presentation.
The donation will go towards the education of children in N’Zérékoré in Guinea. Johan Dejans, Chief Human Resources Officer at Intertrust, spoke of their social responsibility to promote the talent of the future and praised the Intertrust employees who worked hard to make the donation possible. It will go towards a five year programme to improve the education standards of 825 children from 160 families in N’Zérékoré.
