The Cargolux Group has announced its plans to add a weekly service on Tuesdays from Oslo to Luxembourg, starting on 1 November 2016.
Luxembourg-based Cargolux Group, which is Europe’s leading all-cargo airline, will add the service between Oslo and Luxembourg from November on its flight C85022 from New York. The first flight will carry salmon which is distributed to various Cargolux destinations from Luxembourg.
The management of Avinor Oslo Airport will celebrate the arrival of the first flight with a ceremony, which will also be attended by major Norwegian freight forwarders.
As well as seafood, Cargolux expects to carry shipments for the oil and gas industries on its US-Norway-Luxembourg service.
