
The British Chamber of Commerce for Luxembourg (BCC) has announced that the inaugural event of the Emerging Leaders workshop series, "Breaking Barriers," will take place on Tuesday 10 June 2025 at the Luxembourg School of Business (LSB) Technopolis Campus in Luxembourg-Cessange (12C Imp. Drosbach), starting at 18:30.
With the support of Virginia Anderson of the BCC People and Leadership Group, the BCC Emerging Leaders Group will conduct an interactive workshop designed to foster dialogue and reach a consensus on career growth and effective team leadership, integrating diverse perspectives across generations.
According to BCC, the workshop will concentrate on bridging the generational divide and will explore the perspectives of young professionals and their working styles, while also uncovering insights from seasoned leaders on collaborating with younger generations and adapting to one another.
The event is targeted at young professionals eager to advance and develop their careers, as well as senior leaders seeking to better understand how to guide their younger team members.
The agenda is as follows:
- 18:30: doors open;
- 19:00: workshop introduction, with Virginia Anderson and Emerging Leaders Group;
- 19:45: workshop session;
- 20:30: networking cocktail.
