The British Chamber of Commerce for Luxembourg (BCC) has announced an event entitled "EU Pay Transparency Directive: A New Era for Equality?" which will be held on Wednesday 26 March 2025 at Baker McKenzie in Luxembourg-Kirchberg (10-12 Boulevard F. D. Roosevelt), at 08:30.
The breakfast event will discuss the Pay Gap Transparency Directive. This new EU regulation will require companies to disclose gender pay gaps and take action to ensure equal pay for equal work. With increased reporting obligations and potential penalties for non-compliance, this directive is set to reshape workplace equality across Europe. The BCC session will present an opportunity to explore the directive’s implications, engage with peers and discuss the broader movement toward pay transparency.
