On Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 December 2025, basketball teams across Luxembourg competed in Game Day 11 of the Men’s Enovos League and Game Day 9 of the Women’s Enovos League, with the unbeaten leaders in both competitions maintaining their perfect records at the top of the standings.

Women’s Enovos League: T71 Dudelange Extend Perfect Start

In the Women’s Enovos League, T71 Dudelange remained unbeaten and set a new scoring record for the season with a 114-61 away victory over Les Sangliers Wooltz. It marked only the second time this season that a team had reached the 100-point mark, following a previous effort by Sparta Bertrange. T71 led 63-32 at the half and saw four players score more than fifteen points: Lauren Anne Van Kleunen (21), Shalonda Renae Winton (19), Catherine Mreches (18) and Beatriz Ines Gomes Jordao, who recorded a double-double with fifteen points and eleven rebounds. Despite the defeat, Wooltz’s Meghan Elisabeth Boyd was the game’s top scorer with 23 points. The win extended T71’s perfect start to the season to nine victories (9-0).

Closest challengers Sparta Bertrange secured an 89-65 away win over AB Contern. Jordan Alexis King led the scoring with 30 points and added eleven rebounds in 38 minutes on the court, finishing as the game’s top scorer. Naomi Rebekah Davenport also recorded a double-double with fifteen points and eleven rebounds. Sparta now hold a record of five wins and three losses, with one game in hand.

Another fixture took place on Sunday, when Basket Esch edged Amicale Steinsel 70-66 at home.

At the other end of the table, Musel Pikes were the only team not in action over the weekend.

Men’s Enovos League: Sparta Bertrange Stay Unbeaten

In the Men’s Enovos League, the leaders also remain unbeaten after the completion of Round 1 of the regular season. During Game Day 11, Sparta Bertrange defeated current runners-up T71 Dudelange 81-77 at home. The visitors stayed level throughout much of the contest and went into the break with a narrow two-point lead (40-38). However, in the third quarter, Bertrange overturned a six-point deficit, with several key baskets from Jarvis Terrill Williams and Victor Chidi Iwuakor allowing the hosts to move three points ahead. Sparta Bertrange maintained their advantage to secure the win, with Williams finishing as the game’s top scorer on 32 points, while Iwuakor led his team in rebounds with twelve.

Current champions Etzella Ettelbruck remain second in the standings following an 87-66 home victory over Arantia Larochette. Ettelbruck’s leaders Adrian Jermaine Delph (29 points) and Nicholas Thomas Davis (24) combined for 53 points, accounting for more than half of the team’s total. Etzella now hold a record of nine wins and two losses, while Arantia Larochette sit third with eight wins and three defeats.

Elsewhere, four teams are level on six wins after eleven games. Amicale Steinsel claimed a 79-54 away win over Basket Esch, while T71 Dudelange and Résidence Walferdange share the same record. Walferdange secured a 72-60 home victory against Mambra Mamer to remain competitive in the upper half of the table.
