Luxembourg, along with seven other European teams that failed to secure a spot at the FIBA EuroBasket 2021 Qualifiers, will be participating in the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023 European Pre-Qualifiers, taking place from Thursday 20 to Sunday 23 February 2020.

Within Group B (Luxembourg, Iceland, Kosovo and Slovakia), the Luxembourg team will first go head-to-head with Slovakia in a match being held tomorrow evening (18:00 GMT+1) at Eurovia Arena in Bratislava. 

Luxembourg will then host its Kosovo opponents for a match this Sunday 23 February 2020 at d'Coque in Luxembourg-Kirchberg. Doors open at 17:00 for a 18:00 start.

Several other matches are scheduled for later in the year and for 2021.

Tickets for this Sunday's Luxembourg – Kosovo match at d'Coque cost €15 (pre-sale and box office) or €10 for students with a valid student card (only at box office).
