On Saturday 2 May 2026, the Grand Ducal Police reported that overnight a person was stabbed during an incident in Esch-sur-Alzette.
According to the initial information, at around 05:00 on Saturday an altercation between several individuals was reported on Boulevard Prince Henri in Esch-sur-Alzette.
During the course of the dispute, one person sustained a stab wound to the chest and was taken to hospital for further treatment. Two knives were found at the scene.
Investigations have been launched to establish the exact circumstances of the incident.
