On Tuesday 24 February 2026, the Grand Ducal Police reported the arrest of a suspected drug dealer in Ettelbruck.
According to the initial information, at approximately 11:00 on Monday 23 February 2026 a police patrol on Rue Stackels in Ettelbruck noticed two individuals suspected of drug use. Both were subsequently stopped and searched, during which drugs were found on one of the individuals. It was later determined that this person had purchased the drugs from a third party.
During the course of the investigation, the suspected drug dealer was identified and located. On the instructions of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, a house search was carried out, during which cash and various drugs were seized.
The suspect was arrested and will be brought before an investigating judge on the afternoon of Tuesday 24 February.
