The Grand Ducal Police have reported that officers arrested a man on Wednesday 18 February 2026, following an attempted theft from a vehicle in Rue Camille Polfer in Luxembourg-Cents.
Police patrols immediately went to the scene and found the suspected perpetrator inside the vehicle.
According to initial information, the individual gained access to the interior of the car by cutting open the convertible roof. Following instructions from the public prosecutor’s office, police arrested the suspect.
