On Sunday 15 February 2026, the Grand Ducal Police reported an incident involving a man who allegedly behaved indecently and harassed several women at a festival in Bettendorf.
Police received the alert at around 02:30. Officers arrived at the scene and determined that the individual was heavily under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.
Due to his condition and behaviour, police placed the man in custody and drew up an official report for public nuisance.
