The Grand Ducal Police have reported that they arrested several people during a large-scale check in the Luxembourg-Gare district on Tuesday 25 March 2025.
On Tuesday evening, the police conducted a large-scale check focusing on drug and immigration laws in the capital's train station district. The operation involved a total of fifteen police officers and a drug sniffer dog.
In two cases, officers observed a handover between individuals suspected of involving drugs. By order of the public prosecutor's office, the two suspected drug dealers were arrested and brought before an investigating judge on Wednesday 26 March 2025.
The police also filed charges against three individuals for illegal drug possession and violation of Luxembourg's law on weapons.
