The Grand Ducal Police have reported that they arrested a man who recently physically assaulted a woman in Dudelange.
At around 21:00 on the evening of Friday 14 February 2025, the police received a report of a man beating a woman inside an apartment building in Dudelange.
Several police patrols were dispatched to the scene where they found the injured victim and the suspected perpetrator.
According to initial information, there had been an argument between the two people beforehand, after which the man attacked the woman.
The perpetrator was arrested on the orders of the public prosecutor's office and brought before an investigating judge the following day.
