The Grand Ducal Police have reported that they recently arrested a suspected drug dealer in Luxembourg City.
Around midnight on Friday 7 to Saturday 8 February 2025, a police patrol noticed a man in Rue de Strasbourg who they suspected was dealing drugs.
During a check, the officers found that the man was hiding drugs in his mouth and subsequently confiscated eighteen drug pellets. The man was then taken to hospital, where further foreign bodies were found in his stomach following a scan.
The man was arrested on the orders of the public prosecutor's office and brought before an examining magistrate the following morning.
