On Saturday 24 August 2024, Meteolux issued a thunderstorm alert for Saturday evening.

Apart from some low clouds early in the day in the north of the country, the forecast is that weather will be largely sunny. In the evening, potentially strong thunderstorms with heavy rain, hail and strong gusts of wind are likely, followed by some showers until early in the night.

Temperatures are expected to rise to 31C in the south of the country on Saturday, according to Meteolux.
