Luxembourg's weather portal MeteoLux has issued an additional heat warning for Luxembourg for Wednesday 31 July 2024.
Following the heat warning for Tuesday 30 July 2024 in the south of Luxembourg, a yellow ("potential danger") alert is in place nationwide from 13:00 to 19:00 on Wednesday.
Update: Maximum temperatures are expected to reach 29 to 31°C.
Furthermore, a yellow warning for stormy weather will be in place across the Grand Duchy with heavy rain of around 15 to 35 l/m2 of additional rainfall possibly accompanied by hail, expected from 10:00 to 14:00 on Wednesday alongside wind gusts of 65-89 km/h.
