Luxembourg's Ministry of the Civil Service has reported that Minister Serge Wilmes received his Gabonese counterpart for a meeting on Thursday 13 June 2024.
Discussions between the Civil Service Ministers of Luxembourg and of Gabon, Serge Wilmes and Louise Boukandou Moussavou, respectively, focused on sharing Luxembourg's experience regarding the modernisation and digitalisation of its civil service.
The Gabonese minister described the encounter as a"fruitful meeting". Minister Wilmes added: "We [Luxembourg] are happy to be able to share our experiences to contribute to the efforts to modernise the Gabonese civil service."
As part of the Gabonese civil service reform process, the two parties agreed to deepen exchanges during a visit by experts from the Gabonese civil service to Luxembourg next autumn.
