For example, on Friday evening, a police patrol received reports of an intoxicated man who was harassing passersby at the intersection of Rue Joseph Junck and Rue de Strasbourg in Luxembourg City. Police found the man "immediately". According to the police report, the man had difficulty standing and communicating due to his intoxicated state. He was asked to leave the area and go home, which the he initially seemed to do. However, shortly afterwards, the man continued to harass passersby in Rue Joseph Junck; the police took him into custody following a medical check.
