Luxembourg's weather portal, MeteoLux, has issued a weather warning for rainfall and potential flooding across the Grand Duchy on Tuesday 21 and Wednesday 22 May 2024.
A yellow alert (indicating "potential danger") for possibly heavy rainfall is in place nationwide from 06:00 to 20:00 on Tuesday. Accumulations between 15 and 25 l/m² are expected during this period.
A yellow alert is also in place for a possible risk of flooding across the country, from midnight on Tuesday to 23:59 on Wednesday. Further information on potential flooding is available online at www.inondations.lu.
These weather warnings follow those issued late last week amid heavy rainfall and flooding.
