The Grand Ducal Police have launched a call for witnesses in relation to a fire that broke out in Esch-sur-Alzette on Tuesday evening.
The incident took place in a building on Rue d'Audun in Esch-sur-Alzette at around 23:00 on Tuesday 26 December 2023.
Anyone having observed suspicious activity or who has any other relevant information is asked to contact the Esch-sur-Alzette police station via tel.: 244-50-1000 or via email: Police.ESCH@police.etat.lu.
Rue d'Audun and Rue Boulevard Prince Henri (between the intersections with Rue Zénon Bernard and Rue Nelson Mandela) are expected to be closed due to the firefighters' intervention until late afternoon on Wednesday 27 December 2023.
According to the Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS), no one was injured in the fire.
