Yalçim ÖKAZ, reported missing;

On Monday 31 July 2023, the Grand Ducal Police issued a Missing Persons Report concerning 34-year-old Yalçim ÖKAZ.
He was last seen around 16:00 on Sunday 23 July 2023 in the Luxembourg-Rollingergrund-Belair area and has been missing ever since.
He is described as being of slim build and about 1.60 - 1.70 metres tall, with short black hair. He speaks French and Turkish.
At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a black T-shirt, dark sweatpants and black Crocs.
