The Grand Ducal Police have confirmed that they arrested bicycle thieves following an incident in Dudelange in the early hours of last Friday.
The incident happened at around 01:00 on Friday morning, 26 March 2021. Three bicycles that were parked at a covered bicycle stand at Dudelange train station were stolen. With the help of the members of the public, the alleged thieves were identified and the stolen bicycles were found nearby, at the school on rue Stade J.F. Kennedy, in the Brill neighbourhood.
The public prosecutor ordered that all suspects were charged and the stolen bicycles were confiscated.
Until now, the owners of the stolen bicycles have not yet been identified. The owners of the bicycles shown should contact the Dudelange police station by tel: 244 691000 or by email: police.dudelange@police.etat.lu.
