Luxembourg's Customs and Excise Agency has confirmed that two of its customs sniffer dogs recently detected more than 2 kg of marijuana and 140 g of cocaine in a car registered in the Netherlands.

Thanks to the hard work and well-trained noses of Zita and Balto, officials from the Customs and Excise Agency were able to find a drug trafficker in western Luxembourg. The dogs detected a total of more than 2 kg of marijuana and 140 g of cocaine in a car with a Dutch number plate.

The prosecution ordered the confiscation of the drugs and the car. The driver, a Dutch national, was arrested and brought before the investigating judge in Luxembourg.
