On Saturday morning, a worker had an accident at a construction sitre in Pétange, resulting in what were described as life-threatening injuries.
The accident happenet at around 10:30 at a construction site on the Route de Longwy in Pétange. A worker fell around 6 metres while working. He was given first aid on site by an emergency doctor before an ambulance arrived and transported him to hospital.
The Trade and Mine Inspectorate (ITM) was informed and are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
