On Saturday 5 September 2020, a 67 year-old Dutch motorcyclist died following an accident on the N27 between Lultzhausen and Esch-sur-Sure.
The accident happend at around 16:45 when the motorcyclist was travelling from the direction of Lultzhausen. While on a right-hand corner, the motorcycle collided head-on with an oncoming car. Two other motorcyclists also crashed and were injured in the accident, one of them seriously, the other suffering just minor injuries. The driver of the car also suffered minor injuries.
The public prosecutor's office commissioned the police to undertake a forensics examination of the accident site to determine the cause of the accident.
