The Grand Ducal Police have reported the death of a 51-year-old woman following an accident involving a tractor yesterday afternoon in north-western Luxembourg.
According to police reports, a jogger was hit by a tractor shortly before 15:00 on Thursday on the CR331 between Dahl and Nocher. The 51-year-old woman died at the scene of the accident, the details surrounding which remain unclear.
The road was closed to all traffic following the accident. At the order of the public prosecutor's office, a criminal investigation was launched and the tractor confiscated.
