The Luxembourg Government has announced that Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice Félix Braz remains hospitalised in Belgium after having suffered a heart attack last week.
Minister Braz has been in intensive care in Belgium since the heart attack, which occurred on Thursday 22 August 2019. Further tests are required in order to determine a precise medical diagnosis.
In the meantime, Luxembourg's Minister of Defence, Minister of Mobility and Public Works and Minister of Homeland Security, François Bausch, will be assuming the duties of the Ministry of Justice.
The Government has not revealed further details out of respect for the privacy of Minister Braz and his family.
