The Luxembourg Police have launched an appeal for witnesses of a vehicle fire that took place on Sunday evening.
Around 17:50 in the evening of Sunday 25 August 2019, a car went up in flames in a car park along the N15 between Heiderscheid (just south of Esch-sur-Sûre) and Niederfeulen (near Ettelbruck).
Whilst no one was harmed in the incident, the car burned out completely. The exact circumstances of the fire remain unknown.
In this context, the police in Diekirch have launched a call for witnesses and for the driver of a small, old red car, which was spotted in the vicinity at the time of the fire. All relevant information should be forwarded to the police in Diekirch via tel.: 244-801000.
