The Luxembourg Police have reported a case of "severe animal cruelty" in the Dommeldange district of the capital.

On Tuesday morning, a small black and grey cat was found dead in a driveway on Rue des Hauts-Fourneaux. The police are treating the incident as a case of severe animal cruelty.
