In preparation for its 75th anniversary in June 2020, the Luxembourg National Lottery is offering its players a new exclusive scratchcard with a jackpot prize of €500,000 and a trip to Las Vegas and Miami.

The history of the National Lottery is closely linked to that of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Established to support the victims of the Second World War, the Œuvre Nationale de Secours Grande-Duchesse Charlotte decided to create the National Lottery almost 75 years ago. This marked the beginning of a long adventure for the institution which has continued to entertain its players whilst promoting good causes.

Since its creation, the National Lottery has raised nearly €403 million for the beneficiaries of the Œuvre Nationale de Secours Grande-Duchesse Charlotte, as well as presented lottery winners with various prizes.

Ahead of its anniversary, the National Lottery today released a special 75th anniversary scratchcard. At the price of €10, this new scratchcard offers the chance of winning a trip to Las Vegas and Miami - to be won automatically by all winners at an exclusive TV Show. In addition to the trip, participants will win up to €500,000 during the game show.

In the end, eight lucky winners, accompanied by a person of their choice, will fly to the city of a thousand and one lights and the beaches of Miami. The winnings of this special birthday ticket will also be boosted by many gifts put into play in addition to cash winnings.
